Cancellation Policy

We require 3 days advance notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled tour for a full refund of the price of the tour. Nominal processing fees are non-refundable through our system.

Any cancellation less than 2 days of notice is subject to a cancellation fee which is 50% of your total cost.
